At Tess Fresh we are passionate about minimising waste and are continuously looking for ways to make a positive difference.
Around 50% of our waste is reduced simply by separating our general waste to our recyclable waste.
Some of our off cut vegetables such as Potatoes, Pumpkin & Carrots gets sent to businesses for a secondary use to make products such as soup.
40 tonnes of organic food waste that is created during the production process is sent to farms around Sydney to feed hundreds of cattle daily.
